Garden View Apartment is within Sneaton Hall which was redeveloped 10 years ago to become 9 luxury apartments the apartments share a well maintained communal garden which has fantastic views down the Esk Valley to see in the distance Whitby Abbey and the harbour and sea beyond.

Sneaton Hall is located in the Village of Sneaton and  dates back in historical interest to very early times. The important and powerful were Lords of the Manor and had a castle here, although nothing now remains of that building. Sneaton Hall is understood to date to the latter part of the 18th Century and was used as a private residence by various families until it was turned into a Country House Hotel just after the Second World War. In 2008 the Hall was converted into 9 luxury apartments. Sneaton hall is a Grade 2 listed building.

The location is ideal for a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of Whitby and other popular coastal locations but is within easy reach of all local facilities and offers car parking on site

Garden View Apartment has not only access to the communal gardens but also to a private garden shared with apartment 8 this offers a private area to sit and eat if the weather allows along with an upper patio area which offers view to the sea in the distance.

The Heritage coastline lies nearby with Robins Hoods Bay, Sandsend, Runswick, Staithes and also Scarborough within easy reach, these all have access to beaches 

The nearest shops are located in Sneaton at Beacon Farm or in Ruswrap which also has an excellent butchers

There are two local public houses within 1 mile of the property, The Wilson Arms in Sneaton and The Bridge Inn at Ruswrap
